Not sure why many are giving this place good reviews, must be fake as the Cod was not fresh, it ess drenched in fat and was partly raw inside.
The chips were very nice but again, swiming in oil!
The Savaloy was inedible, hard and old.
Dont be fooled by these 5 star reviews as i was, it was dredful, the lady didnt get the order right.
I wish there was a 6th star for service. A lot of place could learn from the lovely lady that works there. So friendly and smily, the service is better than a lot of restaurants I have been too. The fish and chips are nice and generous. I only rated 4 as the fish is lovely but I have had better battered fish elsewhere.
Friendly staff. Food and portion size is very average. If I could, I would give it 2.5 stars.
Chips were better than my cod which was dry and greasy.
Lovely people behind the counter always make you welcome. Food is excellent alway piping hot never had a bad experience from them.

Was extremely disappointed with the food today, the chips were fine but the 2 chicken pies were not. I took them out the wrapper and the bottom of the pies were stone cold. This dinner was put in the bin .
Very good food very nice staff there the chips are amazing I would highly recommend the place
