I fink we need all of us to complain to North East Essex CCG then I fink they will start working . I have enough my doter suffering of eczema she is in pain blud scratches and they doctors will call tomorrow or call in morning it's looks like we all not doing nothing just siting and waiting when the doctors will be free.
???? OMG ????
I had a consultation with my Neurologist 6 weeks ago. As he was concerned about my health and wellbeing he wrote to the Surgery requesting special measures be put in place.
After 6 weeks, and hearing nothing, I rang the Surgery only to find all they'd done was file the letter.
After such a POOR CQC report you'd think they would be trying harder.
A week now has gone by, and I'm still awaiting a call. ????????????
I wish I could give a MINUS 10 score.
Joined this surgery when we moved to the area and have never been so disgusted by the poor level of service. I was originally referred by another medical professional who actually wrote to the doctors them self and asked for me to be seen by a migraine specialist due to migraines several times per week. Needless to say I was not referred and I also phoned twice to ask myself to be seen and was denied. I had the same doctor every time who never introduced himself and had the worst bedside manner. I asked to change GP and was told this was not possible. Today was the final straw we my partner phoned on my behalf in regards to ordering a repeat prescription for anti-depressants. The person on the phone questioned why I hadn’t ordered them a week earlier as I was supposed to run out a week before. My partner explained I had a bad month with depression and had forgotten to take them a few times. The ladies reply was “well obviously she doesn’t need them that badly”. I am disgusted by this as somebody who struggles with mental health to be told by a receptionist that I do not need my medication. I would love to see her medical degree!
Rude uncooperative staff that are not only misinformed, but very snarky and not helpful at all. Minus one of the ladies behind the counter, all staff could do with retraining on compassion and client/customer service skills! Even the manager wouldn't even come down from "upstairs" to help solve the issue. A disgrace on the NHS. Absolute shame on you. And to one particular member of staff, refusing to give me your name is actually in violation, you wouldn't have a name card if it was the "rules" what toffee!! After talking with PALS you are required to give your name if a client is asking, so that in itself you have failed to do.
Change surgeries if you are registered here as they do not care for their patients.
This surgery has got worse since the pandemic. Some of the receptionists are helpful, but some are not very customer focused. Called today Ona Wednesday, on the phone from 8am and when I got through at 8:20 was told all appointments were gone for the day as they close half day on Wednesday! Why would a doctors surgery be closing half day? Mind blowing
WORST SURGERY IVE EVER KNOWN & THERE IS TWO OF THEM!!!
The main doctor, chowdry has given me multiple times the wrong medication! One instant was ment to be eye drops and he gave me skin cream for my 3/4month old baby. Would have blinded her!! Only my quick realising that I didn't use it.
The whole surgery is an absolute joke with very few exceptions. Leanne is lovely and the new doctor Mario, both are wasted at such an appalling establishment! I don't know anyone that has a good word to say about this surgery. If there is every a problem that needs solving or investigation don't expect to speak to the practice manager, she is like the queen apparently not allowed to see her!!! Go anywhere but here!!!
Tried to book a appointment on Monday but could not get through on the telephone just kept on ringing, I went to the surgery and after being ignored by the reception I asked to see a doctor, I was informed their was on appointments for the week left, but telephone to see if one becomes available, the reason I was standing in front of her was because I could not get through on the telephone, the reason I was looking to see a doctor was following advice given to me by the NHS services.
All in all the reception desk staff don't really care and are not interested.
It's a real shame iv had to wright this review. I absolutely loved this surgery for the first three years I was with them. I had a great relationship with my doctor and the reception staff. But for the past year since the merge things have gone seriously down hill. No one answers the phones its almost impossible to get an appointment important referrals dont get done and when you complain about the lack of care its blamed on you. This surgery is appalling, I wouldn't recommend them to any one.
