Absolutely disgusting, I had an emergency to take my son to for surgery and had got a a ticket after being there for 10 min. Thankyou for that. I think if there is a emergency and you can prove it, you should be able to have an opportunity to contest your ticket.

Great new parking just annoying and a shame I cannot park our small VW T5 Autosleeper in either of the multi-storey car parks as its length is only 4990mm and height 2170mm not much bigger than a car. I wish someone could have thought about this more or raise the overhead bars to 2200 to allow many of us to use them.

I parked there for 25 minutes and paid with a card at the machine. It charged me £29.60. I have tried to claim a refund but find it imposable. The advice from the speaker was I needed to email but the address he gave me did not work.

I have since contacted the carpark admin and am waiting a reply.

My husband attended QA this afternoon for a chest x-ray when he went to pay there was a large queue and no one answering the help buzzer. When he put his number plate in the machine showed a car with a different number plate and type of car. He was unable to pay - will he be fined?

Good to see more parking spaces now this is multi storey. Automated charging so you just park and visit the hospital then type in number plate to pay at machine. Simple enough. Could improve signs showing how to get to hospital entrances after parking ! For five stars. Prices OK.

We have a concession parking ticket but we have problems every time that we come to this hospital!

They take more than 10 minutes to pick up when we are at the machines and sometimes we end up paying for the maximum amount.

When they finally pick up they say: you just have to wait because there’s only 1 person! And we can clearly listen to other people on the back!

Bad enough having to deal with a long term sick person to deal with these situations!

Easy to park .. pay on exit .. simple payment and will take normal contactless card , no need to use any silly phone apps .

Good access to hospital but make sure you remember your level number.

Only used the once, but so far so good. Payment is done by number plate recognition, just drive in and park, on exit you go to one of the machines enter your registration number and confirm the photo returned is your car and then enter the required fee by card or cash. My only concern is the spaces could be larger. They're just about ok with a larger SUV for example.
