Honestly so disappointed. Had Chinese from here a few times and always been ok. Last night was inedible! The chips we had were clearly reheated in a microwave, they were disgusting. The chow mein was bone dry and the Singapore noodles had absolutely no flavour, it was literally rice noodles, chicken and a slice of green pepper. I’d never go there again. On the plus side the delivery was fast, probably because they didn’t actually cook anything freshly.
Ordered a set meal for one. So disappointing. The sweet and sour chicken balls appeared to have been reheated, probably several times to the point that they were hard and very dry, not to mention lukewarm. Chicken chow mein, cold in the middle and so bland, even after reheating it in my microwave. The special fried rice tasted ok but also was quite clearly not freshly cooked.
On a plus side, I got 2 fortune cookies, one actually said I would come in to some money so hopefully I will be able to celebrate with a decent Chinese!!! I would avoid this place. No wonder it was not busy at 7.15 pm on a Saturday night. What a waste of £14 that is now in the bin!!! I’m now going to cook something worth eating. Do not order from here.
The food is good but it's super annoying that you have to call and often can't get through!
This was literally the worst Chinese I have ever eaten in my life!! 1 star for this Chinese is to much in my opinion! Every single item apart from the chowmein was over cooked to the point where there was no taste left in the food just the taste of dirty oil! chips were shrivelled and brown, prawn toast was black! Salt and pepper prawns you couldn’t even chew the spring rolls and chicken balls were over cooked I feel like it was all pre cooked and chucked back in the deep fryer. I never leave reviews but this was so bad I don’t even know how they can justify serving it and £45 worth and don’t even get prawn crackers safe to say first and last time I will ever order from them. We couldnt even eat it! Don’t waste your money!
This is the only Chinese we use. Great food, good value for money.
Can’t recommend this place at all, mixed au dervs didn’t come with satay chicken, spring rolls were burned and the satay sauce I ordered separately was a jelly consistency with lumps. Overpriced bad food and didn’t even get prawn crackers with a £40 order
Chinese food from here, has gone down hill not nice at all.
