Fantastic place lovley cocktails I would definitely recommend here have Great drinks and prices with excellent quality of seating areas with a short waiting time and friendly locals with a verity of drinks including their house beers. It's also also has a good sized beer garden where you can some and/or vape and to drink and eat upside it really is a fantastic place for a night out or just for a quiet drink also the staff are very approachable and patient it's always been clean and tidy and also when you have a meal there is a good verity selection of cocktails is fantastic in my opinion such a lovely draft also they pervide it's not really a good place for parking as it's in the middle of the town centre but it's close to plenty of takeaways which is always good. I have been going for years now and haven't had any trouble with any locals I really do suggest that you give the number 55 a visit also to toilets are always have been clean and tidy and easily to access and the have a down stairs toilet facilities for people when struggle to go upstairs and table services are pervided and great customer service
Definitely a five star rating
I was in bar no55 tonight and unfortunately they had to deal with some very inconsiderate individuals on a works do. Threatening the staff and being dam rude. As witness to it all I was extremely disappointed by the behaviour of fellow individuals and it spoilt our night. As a repercussion we have had to stay and spend lots of money until the staff got collected by their loved ones safely
Never have a bad visit to No55, team are so welcoming and cocktails are spot on (even better when they are on offer). Highly recommend the Leyland Mule!!
On our works Christmas do we entered the bar and the main bar man 'Ryan' spoke to one of our employees in a extremely derrogatory way. So much so we left the bar, if you want to be questioned if you have had one drink next door then please do not go here. Very rude service and judgemental towards us. Your money laundering company will never have a dime off me.
Really enjoy the live acts. A great atmosphere. Service is excellent and the staff are friendly.
Been going here since it opened and has always been welcoming with a good atmosphere, attentive staff and always friendly but this place has changed. The atmosphere is nil, there is a smell of sewage although the service is still good the staff have no charisma and the place needs a thorough clean, the toilets are quite dirty and the toilet paper is just left On the side as if they can't be bothered putting it in the appropriate container. It is going down hill and needs someone to bring it back to life as of 2yrs ago.
I can't comment on the food, as we didn't eat, but this is a really great place for cocktails!
Nice chilling place been a few times now during the week and weekend nice cocktails ????
