I first visited this venue in Feb 2020. The lockdowns didn't allow us to stay in Thailand.
I returned in Sep 2022, standing at the street, I was reluctant to enter because I didn't recognise the place.
Then, a staff called out for us to come in and join them.
The smiles of welcome and vibrant colours enticed us to stay.
Bartender Dave was most entertaining and attentive to our needs.
Joy is that of her name, such a joy to have met her.
Good variety of spirits and beers. Prices are cheaper as compared to other bars.
Joy is a good cook. We've tried all the items on their menu, Western & Thai food. Sometimes past 10pm, she'd still prepare fries and chicken nuggets for us.
My favourite is their huge burgers and pies with mashed potatoes & gravey!
Customers were mostly English speaking ex-pats and of good cheers. Becoming life-long friends.
Friday night pool tournaments with free food, cannot miss!
I was in Kalasin for 4 months, 3× per week at NJoy, we made new friends and feelings like beloved family.
I'm now deployed to other countries, but I'm looking forward to returning to NJoy, hopefully soon.

Great bar, wonderful owners, really good atmosphere, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Dave is amusing and helpful, and good company. Joy goes out of her way to ensure you have everything you need, will cook you really good food, everything I had was delicious. Friday nights free buffet on pool killer nights is always tasty.My wife and I spent lots of time there in December 2023 really enjoyed ourselves. Good bunch of expats ,made some lovely friends ,good memories. Will be back in 2024.

I found this bar in Kalasin by chance, and it seems like a great place for expats. I didn't have much time and I just had a couple of beers but I saw that they also serve food. I will definitely go back in the next few days and if in addition to drinking.. food and billiards, there is also a bit of female company, I will definitely become a good customer????????????
Hey, what a great place for an afternoon/evening with good friends, we had burgers and they were fantastic. I also had my favorite fish, chips and mushy peas last week, couldn’t get better in the UK. If you’re wanting to have an enjoyable afternoon/evening it’s the place to be.
A fantastic bar in Kalasin! The barman is very personable and hospitable. NJoy bar is a great place for good conversation over reasonably priced drinks. They offer a small assortment of good quality western food and Thai dishes. Come to unwind, meet other expats and have a great time! Highly recommend!
U know what I like about this bar....everyone talks to everyone. There are no clicks. Met some really very nice people here and Joys homemade beef burgers are among the best I have had anywhere. I'll be back in a couple of months. Thanks all.
The most beautiful and clean bar restaurant in Kalsin great food nice cold beers service is excellent the staff is very friendly and the pool nights are fun. Highly recommended for a great chill out night.
Smoky. Had to leave. Update: Yes, this is a real review and No, Google did not confirm anything. Perhaps if you did not allow your patrons to smoke in the bar, you would not have a one-star review.
