Honestly i dont know why i keep going back Prices are ridiculous £16 for 1kg!!!! like proper rip off! And ontop of that the service is sooo bad its like they hate customers in their business….i think today was last time i might buy from here too expensive and just moody men behind counter who seem to only smile when a middle aged Asian woman in the shop!
Need to work on customer service!! Ordered 18 samosa he give only 14 as that was the amount in the box infront of him, he then tells a young lady to serve us clearly had a issue!? and says let them purchase and we will put more!!! Wow you dont deserve my money.
Service is just poor. Inattentive and not professional. Asked for a message on the cake. The guy could not only read, but could not see. Worse the message looks like it’s done by a toddler. To top it off, it was incorrect. Jokes.
I went to buy sweets and asked for Barfi and the man who served me literally smashed the bag on the counter and the state of it is just appalling.
They are very rude and bias based on what you look like.
There was a white customer but he was treated well compared to how I was treated.
Never going there again.

Very beautifully decorated and clean shop, sweets and cakes quality is good but less staff on Eid day (only 2 people) caused slow service...
They just don’t bang like Ambala unfortunately. Every time someone gives this as a new baby gift, I’m disappointed it’s not Ambala. The methai is just lacking something.
Indian sweet meat shop well stocked. The was plenty of choice of cakes and sweet and savoury snacks. Cannot comment on the prices as it is not something we consume a lot of.
I bought mixed sweet and some of them had fungus on them. Picture attached
