I have a 2014 Octavia. Always take there for servicing and repairs. Never been left down once. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommended. Noticed they also started body work repairs but hasn't tried that yet.
I wouldn't recommend bringing your car to them specially the owner his name is Mohammed and he is the biggest hypocrite as he would be smiling to you and treating you well but after picking your car and figuring that he didn't fix the issue or he made it worst, he shifts from nice guy to horrible one. Even that he knows that he ruined the car.
Although been good after my car service. I attended this morning for MOT as advised at 09:55, i was told 2 hours and at 13:45 not done yer, they wasted my time. I picked up from the MOT centre they took to, and i straight went to my regular MOT centre where done in 20 min. Shame they did that to me I will NEVER be back will NOT recommend to anyone
My experience with Nile Tyre Shop was extremely disappointing. Not only did they provide me with a faulty tire, but when I went back to address the issue, they completely ignored me. The information provided was also inaccurate. A regrettable experience overall.

I got a bad tire from Nile Tyre Shop. When I went back to talk about it, they ignored me. Also, the info they gave was wrong. Not a good experience.

Excellent service: fast, economic and good quality. I had a flat tire and almost walked in, they inspected the tire and explained what was wrong. They came with a spare one and replaced it and all done in less than 15 minutes! 100% recommended
They keep me waiting for nearly 2 hours to change just one tyre, they have been changing tyres for cars that come after me, when i try to speak to the boss he was very disrespect full to me even told me i can leave,what a joke is this place
