On a long bank holiday weekend what could be better than a perfect Sunday roast at Nickel City Kitchen. Our delicious Sunday lunch of lamb washed down with a couple of Poretti’s & Black Russian cocktail was excellent. Fabulous service, menu, relaxed atmosphere & scrumptious food! Nickel City has always been one of our go to places to eat & would highly recommend without hesitation.

We had an evening meal here, we shared a huge pizza and lovely bottle of wine.

They are very dog friendly and super accommodating.

The pizza is excellent!

Not like any other pizza we have had before the ingredients and flavours really stood out, especially the garlic. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back.

Recently moved back home and this little gem has appeared on Seabank Road alongside a few other cafés and brunch spots.

Picked this one as the menu looked great. Wasn't disappointed. More cheese than you can shake a stick at, great service and atmosphere and reasonable prices.

Will make this a regular spot but also noticed they're on Just Eat for an evening in for collection.

Crsip bacon, cream cheese and egg on a fresh bagel a pizza bagel and a cheese on toast.

Really good stuff, great to see it thriving!

I've been wanting to come and eat here for a while now and last night my husband and self finally got some time to! Easily one of the tastiest and best pizzas I've ever had. Definitely coming back!!!

Amazing place to eat and have a few drinks! I was served by Hannah who was fantastic making sure our tables were cleared and drinks were coming. The food was perfect we had the American hot pizza, Philly cheesesteak and a sharing board.

As far as local independent restaurants come this is top tier. Hands downs a favourite of mine.

This is my second visit. I used to go to Bootleggers???? After they closed I went to Nickel City for their focaccia and sourdough ???? Went there a few days ago and have a tasty lamb scouse and bacon ???? Will try their pizza next time.

Ordered on Just Eat and didn't receive my food. Phoned restaurant and finally got through to be answered with 'The drivers are nothing to do with us sorry' When pressed I was offered a refund if I go to the restaurant myself. Not really acceptable and as a professional buisness myself the right answer would've been 'Sorry you haven't received your food and we'll get it delivered to you asap' The food is actually really good as I've sat in the restaurant but unfortunately now I won't be revisiting or ordering online ever again. Big disappointment!

****Edit**** Update so I received part refund. Thing is i'd ordered 5 times previously from Nickel City Kitchen and had a voucher as part payment for the order I didn't receive. I've now lost this voucher so the customer loyalty reward I was entitled to for being a good customer is now gone. Extremely poor customer service and very poor responsibility to your customers simply blaming your delivery drivers! Nothing else to say really!

What an absolute treat this place is. Fresh pizza, homemade cakes and beautiful deli bagels and brunch options. night time menu (I’ve had both) cooked to perfection. If you want good grub done right.. here’s the place to get it. I recommend the Hash for the ultimate in comfort food!
