First time in here tonight, have to say I'm bloody impressed. Laid back little neighborhood bar come Italian restaurant. The food was marvellous, I'd ordered the Italian Stallion pizza and whilst it was delicious, if I have one small gripe it would be the nduja sausage on said pizza or lack thereof, there wasn't a lot at all, perhaps a little mean on portion to pizza ratio. Other than this very small niggle the place was faultless. Staff were welcoming and attentive. The decor is cool and comfortable. Oh, they play a great mix of old classic music from Stevie wonder to Rod Stewart which adds to the ambiance. My fiancee and I can't wait to come back to sample more of the lovely menu. Great effort from this place.
Friendly service and lovely food! We had the parmesan cheese wheel pasta with sauteed mushrooms and pancetta, went there with a voucher so the value was really great, but otherwise I think it's worth the full price as the portions were great and the food delicious.
Love it!! Used an itison voucher for a main and make your own sundae. Ask for the vegan menu! Food was delicious and abundantful. Will be back.
Was here on Sunday afternoon with my friend. We had a voucher and it was excellent value for money. The two girls working were friendly and very helpful, the service was excellent as was the food. We shared a pizza and pasta dish with a glass of wine and couldn't fault it. Delicious. Would recommend and we will be back.
Good venue, nice atmosphere, slow service especially as it was a course each. Meatballs pretty flavourless and both them and spaghetti luke warm at best. Pizzas with crust too thick and swamped in cheese, not subtle to say the least. Couldn't taste the different cheeses. Even eating on a voucher couldn't really overcome the disappointing standard. With better food it would be a great place!!
Consistent. Good coffee. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The food is so so but there is a good selection and it is fine for a snack. Despite the criticisms I am a frequent and happy customer. Serves beer on tap. Easy to get a seat.
Lovely atmosphere and nice staff. Great generous portion sizes you could easily share the olive starter. We had fajitas (4/5) and Calzone (5/5). Drinks a little pricey but food very reasonable. ????
Great food and very generous portions. Let down by very slow service. After a 10 min wait on a relatively quiet night for a beer and a wine, commented to a waiter. Drinks arrived 2 mins later, 2 mins later another waiter brought the same drinks. After ordering the waiter came back 10 mins later to say half the things that were ordered were sold out. A sign of poor communication, a waiter should tell diners before ordering what is sold out.
Definitely a place to go when you’re not in a hurry. Took 90 mins for two adults and a small child to have two courses. Nice location and friendly service.
