If I could give no stars I would! I rang for an appointment and was told I had been taken off the list for missed appointments! I had never missed an appointment and I argued this.. but was still told thats what there system said. So rude. I am now left without a dentist because noone is taking on.
Joined this service not long after lockdown after just moving to the area. Thinking it would be helpful not attending unless I was in need of treatment at first after lockdown. When I eventually tried booking a check up I was told I’m no longer on the register because I’ve not been in 6 months. No one from the practice told me this when I first registered, no warnings I was going to be taken off the register and no prompting to make any appointments. Obviously looking for excuses to get rid of patients for what ever reason. Terrible service and lack of communication.
Good dentist. Needed an emergency appointment after a hospital visit. I was given an appointment within an hour of coming home from hospital. Excellent service from all the staff and Mr. Nicholson.
Could not ask for a more pleasant,helpful and caring team . Everyone is understanding, paitent and makes you feel valued as a person not just a customer . Bogdan is the best dentist I have ever had . Above and beyond from All the team :)
I've recently started going to this dentist out of necessity. I generally don't like dentists, doctors or anything like that. My partner insisted I started going to a dentist and my first visit was fine. Shortly after I unfortunately lost a crown so back I went again with great hesitation, there was no need. The crown treatment is very involved and probably going to be a nightmare with a bad dentist but I must have one of the very best. He is called Sergiu, a polite careful and extremely good gentleman who I cannot recommend highly enough.
Crown treatment now completed and again excellent service and care. The reception staff are really good too.
Set an appointment for root canal treatment for next 3 months later while it is painful. Any time ring them just says sorry we don’t have any cancellations and refer me to A and E or taking Antibiotics…still 2 months left and my tooth is getting worse ,painful and swollen.
There are 5 Dr dentist there but nothing happened.it’s really strange….
I moved to this town during covid, I called 60+ dental practices no one accepted new patients, finally I reached Nicholson RS based on distance and they registered me, I was so reluctant because of the bad reviews. However Bodgan Ghencea did my root canal so patiently and after almost 9 months still haven't had any issue. Also the staff are so nice and helpful.
Terrible dentist.. have been going here up u til recently since I was a child and have always been terrified.... problem after problem with my teeth after every visit ... resulting in a root canal going wrong and the need of a crown to replace my tooth..which was also fitted badly and has been causing non stop issues... refusing to remove a wisdom tooth that had been causing me problems for the past 2 year.. which since moving dentists has been removed straight away.. but the tooth next to it has been damaged due to the prolonged non removal!! Well known for not numbing the gum and tooth area properly ..but been told to stop lying everytime!! Fillings falling out after they had been done and also teeth hurting to the poi t where i couldnt stand my teeth touching...Horror dentist that does not look after their patients and infact ruins there clients teeth!!!!! Avoid at all costs.
