Great service got my car back to me the same day after having to order in the parts. Really thankful as I had a birthday party to get to! Many thanks!
They replaced the turbo feed line on my mini after it melted, took them over 2 weeks and upon receiving the car I checked the oil and found it was overfilled by almost a litre, the upper heatshield over the turbo was loose as both the threads for the bolts in the cylinder head had been cross threaded and stripped, My air filter wasnt connected at all and just rattling around inside the airbox, the maf sensor was unplugged completely which gave me a code and proves they definitely didnt test drive the car. The coil pack wires were tangled and not secured correctly on the rocker cover, then finally around a month or so after my downpipe completely removed itself off the studs which gave me a massive exhaust leak. After spending a ridiculous amount of money to get my car sorted I was incredibly dissapointed to have found these issues and would steer anybody away from using these guys even for an MOT or service, complete cowboys. When asked about these issues I had no response to multiple messages. Go somewhere else these guys are not it. Simple issues and with better workmanship or someone actually checking their apprentices work all would have been fine.

Took my vehicle in to be told of various issues and he failed it, fair enough but something just didn't ring right so I took it to a bigger franchised dealer and passed with no advisories !! These are just pure crooks, if you are moving to the village or thinking of DON'T !!!
