I recently used Newtongrange pharmacy and have been very impressed by the new pharmacist and staff. The customer care is absolutely fantastic and I feel very valued as a customer. The service is second to know. Just after closing time and only one light on at the back of the pharmacy I thought I'm not getting my prescription today, I pulled the door in hope that perhaps I will be lucky and sure enough I was let in without one word of complaint. I have now signed up for my prescriptions to go there and also delivered to my home address. They just can't do enough to help you. Thanks for the great service.
Well what a breath of fresh air after many problems with Lloyds, returns due to not ready, out of stock, computer issues and one or two staff verging on rude.
The new owners are professional and at the same time friendly with a welcoming smile and you can tell they all want to help. I echo some other reviews saying ‘I wish they were here 4 years ago.’ Many thanks to you all for just making my life easier.
Superb service from the pharmacist at Newtongrange Pharmacy. He noticed an error on my prescription and immediately called the surgery to make sure it was correct, which it wasn’t! He then offered to get the prescription sorted, with only 15 mins until closing time. Outstanding service, especially when this sort of error could have been awful and I would’ve been none the wiser! Thank you!!
What kind, caring, helpful and efficient staff here now. I wish you had taken over the pharmacy 4 years ago;it would have saved me having to return numerous times before my repeat prescription was ready. Well done; excellent service!!
What a difference in service since you have taken over. Had no end of problems when lloyds had the shop. Now the staff are so helpful, prescriptions always ready. Nothing is a hassle.
Started using this pharmacy after getting fed up with my local pharmacy. What a difference and amazing friendly service. Very very nice people who can not do enough to help you. Other pharmacies could learn a lot from them ????
Well where do i begin... went in for my prescription usually use a different pharmacy but they were unable to supply till next day as no stock the pharmacist/owner of newtongrange was rude not very helpful snatched my prescription and then started to give me a lecture about my medication.
Speaks to customers like rubbish clearly his first time in a buisness no customer service at all discusted in the attitude
Took my prescription elsewhere but even that was difficult didnt want me to take it.
Avoid at all costs....
