I highly reccommend the amazing mechanics at Newton and Bailey! I went in at 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon after my battery was no longer holding any charge and the mechanics here were amazing at helping me, they sourced the issue, provided with plenty of options whilst not being pushy. They offered amazing advice and didn’t even expect anything in return. I ended up having a new battery from Newton and Bailey and they have been amazing at installing it in less than 24 hours with excellent communication and customer service. The men here made me feel very comfortable as a young woman on my own in Lincoln and were more than happy to help. I will definitely be returning for any future help with my car. Thank you so much for your help and your friendly service!
Was recommended Newton&Bailey by a work colleague, and called just now for some random warning lights which had come on in my car. The gentleman I spoke to was very kind, explaining what they meant, and what the possible cause could be. Gave me some recommendations of what I could do myself to check (or to bring it in if I was unsure), and quoted me miles less than other garages if after all that, I had to bring it in to run diagnostics. Although not (yet) using this garage, from this interaction alone, I know that I will be moving my MOT and any other vehicle queries to them. From just one genuinely kind and caring conversation over the phone.
Really great job from these guys. They were willing to work with me to help identify the cause of a tricky issue. We both agreed to replace the spark plugs and it's sorted the car right out.

I thought my beautiful little Nissan Figaro's days were numbered as it struggled to drive anywhere and then wouldn't start. Sometimes you can't just plug a car in to find a diagnosis, sometimes you need someone with the sort of experience where they know what's wrong buy how a car drives, behaves and sounds. These guys at Newton & Bailey have this skill. My Figaro is now running as well as it ever has. Thank you so much, I'm so happy.
Visited these guys yesterday for rear axle bush replacement on my import MPV, did a quick and good job and at half price of what i was quoted at a place next to them.got my car after a few hours. Will be coming back

This garage was recommended by my local garage who were struggling to understand an engine management light problem on my Honda. Rob at Newton and Bailey was excellent, came up with a diagnosis and ‘route to fix’. He even sourced a part for me locally and fitted it at no further charge after the initial diagnostics.
