Got to say I was a bit worried when the chemist was taken over BUT its been 100% better. I had a last minute trip booked and had to phone and ask for another weeks medication and this was done no problem.
The dosette box system is loads better than the plastic pouches they used prior.
The delivery driver is very pleasant and accommodating.
So I'm happy so far, KEEP IT UP!
Omg what's happened, you go in to pick up your medication and still there 35 mins later, this is not even a busy day 3 of us in. I'm changing my chemist now, this is ludicrous how long it takes, just to pick up medication, thats sat on the shelf, not waiting to be processed because its already done and theres 5 of them behind the counter, why on earth did they change hands, come Newsome Pharmacy pull your socks up. People don't have half hour to spare waiting for meds.

I was seen by Mr A Zayd at the pharmacy. He was very warming, friendly and professional. He provided clear information on what to expect during my 24 blood pressure monitoring and took the time out to answer questions. A very positive experience provided and highly deserving of 5 stars.
Since the takeover from Rowlands to Allied Pharmacy, the service has gone downhill, the friendliness has gone from what was a personal, friendly place to the customers just being numbers. Can't wait to not only change doctors but Pharmacy also
Excellent service, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Had my free blood pressure done by Hanna, supervised by her manager Shahbaz and was really helpful. Excellent advice by the pharmacist Shahbaz as well. Always have my prescriptions ready! A+
I don’t know when the new pharmacy took over, but before that, I have never had a problem there. The staff are rude I’ve got a guy in there telling me my medication is wrong even though I’ve been taking the same from 2001. He’s saying I must be confused and maybe I should have a box so I don’t control the medication, in front of people like I’m some Muppet. I need the same brand of tablets or it can cause problems. The funny thing I took my medication but obviously he’s looking at the box instead of prescription. Example- one of my dose is a 500 mg So obviously I take two tablets if the box is 250 mg. But I was still Explaining it’s the brand. In the end I got frustrated And walked out. All I can say is if this doesn’t get corrected as soon as possible. It’s going to be a big problem because I have epilepsy and I could lose my license because of this, maybe I should talk to a Solicitors or NHS England. I have never had a fit since 2012 so I definitely not leaving this. One day using that tablet was like my eyes were in water no focus and my eyes were rolling. I do advise you to choose a different pharmacy, especially if you have a serious medical
Excellent service. Shahbaz listened well to the problems I had had with the medication and sorted those problems without any fuss by simply replacing my tablets with ones that had worked well before. Simple. And appreciated.
