On holiday… broken exhaust.. called at 9am fitted us in to look at & repaired/fixed by 4pm…even though parts not available for 1984 Renault 4 ???????? … super efficient & friendly service! Old school 5star … Chapeau Gentlemen ????????????????
On holiday and had car engine trouble. The Newport Garage staff were amazing. They were able to sort the problem the same day and even drove us back to our holiday cottage as we were not staying in Newport. They even recommended we pop back for a check during our second week (at no additional charge) to check everything was still running ok. Fabulous service and very friendly- would thoroughly recommend.
On holiday and our car was leaking fuel. They ordered the part and sorted our vehicle for us so we could get back home. Absolutely fantastic and so friendly. ????????
Fantastic and friendly. Came out to rescue me when I had a burst tyre and fitted a new one next day. The day after that replaced a broken spring after I just turned up with the problem. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Alan Whitehead. Holmfirth West Yorkshire.
Caravanning Cardiff to Newport the rear springs broke, Friday before the bank holiday weekend, they took the car in said they will sort out before my holiday ends.
True to their word, springs upgraded and replaced at a great price. Brilliant thank you Newport Garage.
I cannot praise this garage highly enough. Not only did they look at my car the same day (for a non-emergency issue), but fixed it at a very reasonable rate. The people of Newport are extremely lucky to have this garage on their doorstep - it is second to none.
