These guys are amazing i have bad anxiety when my car needs repairs but these guys made it so easy for me they ran through all the things that needed doing and explained why which put me at ease straight away the work they have done is brilliant they couldn't have done any more for me. If anyone is looking for a nice reliable friendly team to fix their car then I 100% recommend going here.
Flat battery this morning and within 2 hours new one fitted, great service, everyone really friendly and helpful, and cheaper than Halfords as well, happy days
If I could give minus 5 I would. The "lady" called Claire has ZERO customer service skills. Training is required and perhaps elocution lessons. Manners cost nothing and she would do well to remember that.

Love this place! Been using for my MOT and car repairs for three years now.
So helpful and really go the extra mile to get you back up and running. They always gain consent prior to doing a job and can let you know how much will cost prior to doing it. Never had any issues with my car after repairs been fixed here, fingers crossed stays that way haha.

I have been taking my four business and personal cars to Newbold MOT for many years to get various repairs & annual MOT work done. Whatever the make of car, the repairs and servicing have always been superb, a first time fix every time. I have just had a fuel pump fitted to my Mercedes at half the price a dealer would have charged.
They only do the work that is necessary, and never fit and charge for unnecessary parts.
Highly recommended, great service at a fair price.
I had an apt Thursday was asked to change to Friday at around 3pm then asked if I could then go at 1pm which I agreed, however as I arrived it started raining heavily, I sat in my car but was told to get out and give her the key , I had an incident over coffee and her aggressive attitude, I took my keys off her & left, customer service nil ????
Rocked up at 9am. Drivers side window was jammed. Tried to fix there and then to see if window was jammed and diagnose the fault (complete fail, needed new parts) Ordered a replacement motor and reg and was ready to collect at 12.00. Can’t get better than that. Cracking service, done me a solid! Thank you!
