Amazing service. Went to the garage for a tire change, Kev booked us in quick, and he and his team are very knowledgeable. He changed the tyre fast and efficiently. We were charged a very decent price too! Will be visiting again for any issues, and they also do MOT tests, so I will be booking in for this too. Great customer service. I would recommend it to anyone ????

New Willow Garage is my go to car garage. They cannot accept exceptionally large vehicles, but they will recommend where best to go in the local area depending on your needs if the job is out of their ability. Their service is impeccable and would trust them to make the best judgement on my MOT and cars condition.
Had a big job done. The lads also did a little job free of charge. Nice to deal with, job was done as promised. Definitely recommend them.
Already had a quote for a job on the car which was pretty expensive due to the cost of the part from the manufacturer. Kev sourced a part by scouring the Internet and the bill was massively reduced. Not only that, they sorted my MOT and even returned the car back to my house because I was poorly. Cannot fault them and will definitely be back.
Just tried charging a woman £170 to replace x2 brake pads and she has the new pads in the car. Ridiculous!! Then said its £60 a hour laboour. So nearly 3 hours to replace pads ?
MOT today. Been using them for years. Excellent service as always.
Not had any issues with Kev and the guys. They replaced my exhaust and a couple months later it came off because of the clip not being the correct size from the factory, so I took it back to the garage and they made me a new one to fit free of charge and sorted it out the same day! Great guys, will go out of their way for you!
