Came with a relative who was getting their covid vaccine here. Had a bit of a wait and fell behind the appointment time because they opened a little late, but the staff were very friendly and professional. Convenient little car park on the side, if travelling by car.
Awful service, not a clue what they’re doing. They need someone with experience in there with customer service/retail background. How is acceptable someone waiting for medicine for over 1 hour to be told they don’t have it.
Experience with staff was positive HOWEVER, the store is extremely unhygienic with cobwebs everywhere and flooring with grime in sides and corners especially closer to the till, not to mention the smell which makes me feel sick
Excellent and timely service. A pleasure to call in. I collect medicines for myself, wife, daughter and son in law and would love to enter another three five star reviews on their behalf. Staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble.
Friendly enough but seem totally perplexed if asked anything out of the ordinary. You can have your parcels collected from there but they don't seem to know how to do it. Whenever I've tried to collect medicines from here they rarely have it and you have to come back or go elsewhere. There is another chemist around the corner and this place should go take a look there to see how to do it properly.
Very nice staff, always very helpful and friendly service provided,10 out 10, up to date information on Flu jabs and Covid-19, they remind that you need to keep on top of your health care, just the best service provided.
Only used this pharmacy as was in the area but must say was a friendly team and quick service to get some anti biotics which was more than I can say for the wait I had in the local walk in centre the lady with scarf on served me and she was so helpful and advised how to take the tablets I even brought a few things whilst waiting she was helpful and cheerful and a delight to look at will visit again if in the area

The staff doesn't take responsibility of their own action. I came here to register and order a medicine and guess what? They shredded the prescription and started to question me about what i wanted to order.
Everytime they order some extra medicine that i didnt need and then dont even refund me money why order something that i need in the first place?
