Two girls are working there. Both are too rude and arrogant. We went there last evening. My husband just asked to her outside deal. She's was shouting to him. And use to mush ruff language. Omg we are surprised. Even one another customer came there. She's did same behaviour with him. Too rude and arrogant ????
Never order delivery from here. They take the piss. I ordered for iftaari 1 hour before. And it still has not arrived.
Haven’t had a pizza in ages. Just fancied one. Ended up getting two 16” ones. Amazing is the only word to describe them. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. Will buy again 100%
I order 2-3 masala fishes with chips from here every Sunday & I’m sure these guys will know who I am. This new staff has really pushed the shop downhill. Very very slow. Food is very good but I used to be able to ask them to put 3 masala fishes in for me so it can cook while I wait or sometimes I used to phone them thru & always been a succes.
However the new staff are trying their best but its very important for the owners to know that the new staff don’t have the required skills & not experienced enough. I asked the lady to put 3 masala fishes in for me but 25 mins later when it was my turn I found out that she didn’t put them in for me at all.
I eat from chip shops around the country & this shop was brilliant when the old staff was there. The old guy with a beard plus glasses & the tall guy with the cap are your key men. Will update to 5 stars when the old staff are back.
UPDATE:
I see one of the old staff are still there & he’s doing a brilliant job of it no matter how busy it gets. The new staff is fast enough for an on the way pick up service.
I brought from this place many times before and enjoyed many meals until a horrible experience. I was absolutely disgusted to find about 5 thick black hairs scattered allover the chips. Unfortunately I didnt notice until I was halfway in the food and started looking closley at what I was eating. This was also the case in my partners food. For this many hairs to be present, the entire vat of chips was probably scattered with black curly hairs. I will never buy from here again and its put me off buying chicken and chips for life from local takeout. It's a shame because the food does taste good but the hygiene is absolutely vile. I had to bin all my food on discovery and felt sick to my stomach. I do not advise buying here. I am angry how they think it was acceptable to serve that and think it should be investigated for food hygiene issues. I was so disgusted I couldn't bare to go back to the shop to complain about the situation, instead I write this review to hope others will take my advice and steer clear of this place.
burnt beef dry around the edges and hard as a rock. a slice, cheese roll and leftovers of chopped lettuce :)
Absolutely disgusting! Went in yesterday and ordered for the family but instantly regretted it. The donner was uncooked and the food has made my family ill. Avoid at all costs!
ok food but annoyingly my order was missing the chips, so overall would not reccomend having food be delivered
