First time eating at this take away and all the dishes were good. Notably great were the hot and sour soup, crispy pancake, salt and pepper squid and ¼ aromatic duck.
This is our first time to order take away as we are not familiar with this take away and the place. Spent £30 order bbq spare ribs, beef chow Mein 2x king prawn in batter (which I expected it just 2 big prawns not 2 serve of prawns good for 5people.) BBQ spare ribs doesn’t even look like bbq, taste awful went straight to the bin. Beef chow mien taste awful again went to the bin. It’s just a waste of money.. I won’t not recommend this take away restaurant.
Great food, lovely staff and excellent delivery. Always use them, highly recommend.
If the option for zero stars was available, that's what we'd be putting! Chips were over cooked, sauces were watery but we were hungry, so we over looked that, what we couldn't over look was the raw chicken (!!) in our chicken fried rice. On investigation, none of the chicken was cooked properly, rubbery and bloody.
Telephoned to make them aware and that we wanted our money back, there was communication difficulties but the woman said she'd send the delivery driver back with a full refund.
On arrival, the delivery driver was abrupt but was happy to take the food away but appeared to need confirmation whether he could give a refund (although he didn't explain this to us), after some huffing and puffing and the driver raising his voice, he did give in and give us the refund. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning, we are also disappointed and still hungry!
Dreadful i would not recommend all we could taste was fat and we ordered chicken balls they were vile if thats chicken i will eat my hat exspensive dinner for the dog
Really good food,good portion sizes,food always hot and on time,staff are always happy friendly people.
I see someone reviewed this place a year ago and said how the curry sauce was watery, which was replied to saying it would be improved - doesn't look like it was though! Everything was rather bland, had a chow mein, mixed veg and a couple of sauces which didn't have much taste. My son had fish and chips but the fish was very cheap and he ended up leaving it all. Ended up very disappointed ????
First time to order Chinese takeaway. Foods was okay but not as good as I had with other Chinese takeaways.
