Only been going there a few months and wow am I glad this garage was reccomemded to me . 1st class in every way , nice bunch of boys who know there stuff . Great communication and can't fault them at all . Appreciate all there help that they have given . Top garage .
Took my vehicle to get a price to fix fluid that's leaking, got told "The part is about £250 maybe " so I asked for a quote so I don't have the van back and the price is higher than his "about" price and was told "well do you definitely want it done because I ain't spending 20 minutes on the phone if you don't" with an attitude, after that I decided I'd rather go somewhere that can give a price before agreeing to work.
Honestly, couldn’t fault the service they provide and as for not picking up the phone to ring, they are incredibly hands on and busy working men. Definitely pop down, I went down on the Friday afternoon and my car was fixed by the Tuesday/Wednesday gearbox and clutch fitted

Excellent service, diagnosed and completed the work in excellent time at a price lower than I expected. Note as others have said you do need to take car in as don’t answer phone but get over that and you won’t be disappointed
As they never answer the phone I drove there wanting a gearbox re built. They took my details and after all that they couldn't even be bothered to call me back. 24 miles wasted journey. They don't deserve to be in business so don't waste your time folks!!
Called in on my way past, stopped and explained my car issues and suspected gearbox problem to a polite and helpful man. I have heard great things about this garage and the work they do. Unfortunately, I couldn't get hold of them by phone or email, so cannot comment on their work, personally.
Unfortunately, they don't seem to answer the phone or reply to emails. I have tried calling many times over different days and times, and have left voicemails too, as I wanted to book my car in. I have not received any replies, even after a full week has gone by. I have gone to another company nearby who have been a lot more helpful and customer-service friendly. Staff seem great in person though!
Great service and Price.
Had been to a similar place in Cwmbran who told me what was wrong and gave me a price which was very expensive.
Called into New Inn Gearbox Centre and met a very knowledgeable man called Mark. The previous garage were wrong with their diagnosis. Mark told me what was wrong ordered the part and now all running good.
Nowhere near the previous quoted would definitely recommend this garage.
