Ordered a munchie box tonight and the best I’ve had (I’ve had a few) woman on the phone was very polite and I’ve come away not being able to eat a thing more (I’m very bloated now)????
We moved to Brierfield recently & chose New Hong Kong for a delivery meal. We are so so happy we did!!! OMG the food was amazing! The lady on the phone was so kind & helpful & always a pleasure to talk to. As to the food...well tonight we ordered for the 4th time & once again absolutely delicious. Arrived promptly & piping hot. We love the dry ribs which are so meaty, the fried rice dishes equally delicious & the curry sauce is not too hot & spicy. We have no hesitation in highly recommending New Hong Kong. 5 out of 5!
It was our first time trying this takeaway and we were so glad we did. We had a cheerful welcome from the lady serving and we had a laugh about our choice of adding garlic to the shrimp curry lol! The service and food was amazing, tasty and fresh. Defo going again and again.
Always good food and chips from here! Usually get a combination of chips with fish or meat and potato pie with peas, gravy or curry sauce and never left disappointed
Friendly service and drinks on offer too so you can wash down your food with a nice bottle of pop or milkshake.
Prices are decent too
The most friendly owners I've ever seen. We've tried all the chippys in and around Queensgate & Briercliffe, some are cheaper, most are quicker (if you don't mind hotplated food) but without a doubt none are as tasty n fresh....its best to phone ya order in first like but its deffo the best quality Chippy this side of town.....

Absolutely stunning... I called for delivery, not to a normal place but it was no problem... The young lady on the phone was super helpful, so I ordered my fav of salt n pepper tofu and veg chowmein... It arrived quick and hot... I normally split this in two, but, it was soooo good I ate it all in one meal... Very happily stuffed... Highly recommended... Nom nom... ????
