Always lovely cooked food....cash only is a bit of a down point....apart from that food is top notch never had an issue since moving here 2 and a half years ago..(we have takeaway at least twice every two weeks)..

So order here regularly for over 5 years. Never had any problems food always been very nice and portion sized was really good too.
Staff are lovely and so is the owner. Quick delivery and drives also very nice and friendly. Over all 5 stars and couldn’t fault and would highly recommend until a new phone lady started and it’s all down hill.. she would answer phone and you could wait 10 mins or so before she comes back to the call all the time you can hear her talking in background, very rude and ignorant, rushes thur order huffs and puffs if you want something removed or changed in the dish. Never relays the message, sauce now come half filled and food portions have got smaller but prices increased.
Delivery times have jumped from around 30-40 mins up to now 2 hours. Which is not on, order and 7pm eating to 9pm

Very sad but I will not be ordering from here again now due to the change in the service.

Got to be the worst chinese shop in the uk deffinately the worst I've tasted there is nothing chinese about the food????... absolute insult to chinese cuisine ????????????
We enjoy the food when the orders correct. Twice they’ve brought an incorrect dish and twice they said they would bring the correct dish and haven’t bothered to. Won’t be ordering again.
Best chinese takeaway food in town, better than most chinese restaurants and takeaway I've been in Epping. Reasonable price, value for money and good customer service, delivery on time and still hot. ???? ????????????????????
