We had 16 people for our wedding dinner the food was excellent hot and plentiful we was well looked after .on the evening we had 60+ guests with a buffet supper and again the food was excellent and again plentiful the staff worked so professionally well mannered .what a fantastic place to have our wedding reception at well pleased thank you vicky and vicky for making our day and time at the Nelthorpe Arms. Had an overnight stop over in motorhome . Staff were brilliant.
Came out to great us and show us where to park . Very friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. Great food at good prices. Will definitely go back
What a pub!! The food is absolutely delicious best around!! Highly recommend going friendly warm faces and a lovely atmosphere for families ???? we will be coming back again and again a real gem of a place!
A gem of a place. We stayed in our motorhome after finding this in Brit Stops. Very welcoming from the minute i rang to book to the minute we left. Lovely food at VERY good prices. We rang friends to ask if they will come next time as we think they will love it too. We will definitely be back. Thank you for welcoming us x
Called for Sunday lunch after 6mile dog walk, to pre view for a ladies walking group to call in future we were assured the pub was dog friendly (this is only tongue in cheek) Sunday lunch was just average,When we asked for something for the dog I was abruptly told we don’t feed dogs the ladies walking group have never had that response throughout Lincolnshire (dog usually fed using a dog bowl or paper plate on floor) we found the pub to be unwelcoming an unfriendly, several pubs in and around Barton have been welcoming to the group and provided food for the dogs at reasonable cost, the Nelthorpe at south Ferriby won’t be a recommended venue for walking groups should go a few miles further to Barton to receive warmer welcome .Hi in response to your reply it’s more appropriate for you to say you’re not dog friendly if we’ve walked 6miles the dogs done 12 miles and would need a bit more than a dog treat we wouldn’t have come if that was made clear to us
Just visited nelthorpe Arms on this Easter Sunday for our Sunday dinner we both had roast beef, cheese cake for dessert a pint and half £42 absolutely lovely,The staff was very friendly and the food was spot on 10/10
Great food (especially the chips-thanks to the great boss lady chef Vicky), room was very clean and tidy, complementary breakfast that got put outside of the door ready for when you get up in the morning. Shower pressure in the room I was in was brilliant. Anne-Marie, Lucy, Sharon, Jake and Gavin were all excellent. The service they provided was amazing. Couldn’t get better staff. Will definitely stay here again.
Went for a meal, service was quick and pleasant. Food was home cooked and good pub food a bit rich for my palette. Didn't have or see rooms
