Picked up my car today and it honestly feels like a brand new car! They priced me up for everything and kept me updated throughout the whole process and then final figure ended up being less than originally quoted as they found some parts didn’t need replacing after all. Just a little over 24 hours they had my car for and the bulk of that was due to waiting for parts. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Also super friendly and explained everything for me and answered all my questions. This was my first time using a garage and I definitely won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you.

Bought my juke in for service and mot at very short notice recently. Even with the two new tyres that I needed, the price was below expectation. Lovely, friendly service too, very chatty and obviously not out to rip you off. Couldnt recommend enough
Several months ago I brought my car to this garage because of coolant and oil leaks. The total cost of repair was north of £600 pounds. Also, because of their “repairs” I was left without my car for over 90 days.
Having recently taken my car to Evans Halshaw, for a major service (on Monday 30th October 2023) the same exact issue has been found - and videotaped for evidence.
The lady at Evans Halshaw told me that more than likely I won’t get my car back until the middle of next week.
It is fair to say that I am not impressed with the workmanship of the mechanics at Neil’s Autos.
Good honest garage. Took my van for a suspension rattle and it turned out to be anti-rollbar bushes. Helpful and quick. Recommended.
