Was recommended this store by a friend as I love to shop deli. Love the range of options, prices are okay and so far I am happy with the customer service - for years I am an Eastern European shops customer (mind me, I am Portuguese and we do deli, but Polish one is a game changer) for these specific products and gave up on some stores that are still the nearest to me because either they won’t follow my specific request of the quantity (always topping up with 25-50g more and hiding the scale so I can’t see it - it’s just annoying and utterly unprofessional) or they are absolutely rude. It’s been 6 years for me and yeah, customer service is a thing in this business format for some odd reason.
I appreciate this in this store. They follow my request, take their time to do so even when the queue can be a distressful factor. I don’t mind hearing a foreign language, I am at a private and culture-led type of business, as long as they respect me and accept me as a customer.
My difficulty is the store layout, butchers and till area. You can easily misunderstand which queue is for what unless you’re a regular and get used to it, even though you still wonder. Who’s in or out the queue is a constant question between us customers.
Who knows the business expands and get a wider space. Also, parking is challenging but doable depending on the time that you go.
I am overall happy to use this store and will continue to frequent it as long as staff is committed to deliver professionalism and humble approach :)
This food shop has been recommended by a friend and I do really like it! It’s clean, organised and the deli is great. Love the fact they have freshly baked bread and other bakery items. The point for improvement is the deli counter queue which is confusing, not sure if I’m in the till queue or deli queue.. the lady was trying to get me to the till, but I was choosing my ham and cheese.. slightly confusing but worth the taste and freshness of deli products.

I couldn't function if this shop didn't exist. Staff is friendly and hard working. I don't understand why people complain about packing their own shipping. You do that in every single supermarket,right? Some people think they're privileged? Pack your shopping just like in every other shop. Products are fresh and wide range... Love it.
