Should have been told type of vaccine prior to it being put in my arm I thought they would have told me I was getting a different vaccine to pyfizer I have felt so ill after receiving maderna vaccine never happened when. I received pyfizer in bed really ill not happy
My experience of the Nebel Pharmacy and its staff can only be described as excellent. The ongoing problem nationally with the supply of certain medicines has been addressed and met by them most admirably, and always with a friendly, helpful and informative explanation.
Arrived a little early and sat and waited, the person whose appointment was before mine was a bit late so I had to wait longer than anticipated. Staff nice enough.
There’s always been a delay in picking up medications. I’ve been told to ‘come tomorrow’ in the 3 occasions I’ve collected from them. And even then I have to wait about 15 mins for it to get ready. This isn’t great when you’ve got kids with you or child is poorly and would like medication on the day.
I understand sometimes medication isn’t always at hand, but I feel with them it’s a pattern now. Previous pharmacy, lloyds, didn’t have this issue
One of the kindest, most accommodating, and understanding pharmacies I’ve ever visited. There is a noticeable and significant difference between Lloyds and Nebel in terms of the staff’s politeness, patience, and constant positivity. I always look forward to receiving the greatest care possible when I pick up my prescription. I recognise that they had some difficulty adjusting at first, but they have performed a fantastic job.
Well , I just moved to this area and I do my repeats meditation on line , and I did it like 3 days ago and I got text message to say is ready to collect , I am quite pleased been done very fast much better than the last pharmacy I used to deal with for years be last 11 years, well done.
