Such a great place for a day out with any loved one. The scenery is dreamy, cocktails are divine and there are two outside jaccuzis to enjoy the peacefulness, inside there is a large pool and 4 different saunas, the building is from a glass so if it is sunny you can just lie down on your lounger and cocktail your day away
The changing rooms very on a cosy side, but they provide good quality shampoo and conditioner and the best part- straighteners too, staff were very efficient and friendly and everything was clean
Good spa just a little less spacious.
Women’s facilities is grey as they provide hair dryers and straighteners for use age after your showers.
At the time of going very very short staff which affected our overall experience as we had to wait a long drink for our food and drinks pre lunch.
What a fantastic spa, especially the outside jacuzzi! Food portions were very tasty but rather on the small side.
A fab welcome at reception. Exceptional treatments from Yasmin and Angela. Its a beautiful place with fabulous facilities and amazing views.
The experience could be a lot better. We visited for a spa, treatment and lunch. The spa was far too busy. Although there is a lovely view outside I was unable to enjoy it as there was no seating available. There were empty drinks glasses and towels all over the spa (both inside and out). There were a lot of dead flies near the windows with the loungers inside (not 1 or 2 more like 20). The spa felt more like an all inclusive hotel pool rather than a place to relax. The treatment itself was enjoyable though the waiting area was also a bit busy and not very private. The food was nice.
Quite disappointed with our experience here today
The treatment was pretty awful, the girl that did my treatment had super cold hands and I was cold through my entire treatment even though I had said how I felt a few times, I’ve never felt like I needed a treatment to be over ever before, I felt like I was being massaged with ice cubes in a cold room, not great!
The lunch took 50 minutes to come and when I asked the lady that I wanted an extra scone she rudely said was the food you ate not enough? Who even says that?
Anyway the outdoor thermal spa area was the nicest thing about this place
Probably wouldn’t visit again :)
My wife and I had a much needed, relaxing half-day at the spa.
The thermal and pool areas are lovely and the massage treatment was fantastic.
Lovely couples morning. The mud treatment was nice although over quite quickly. Plenty of choices in terms of sauna and the ice fountain was therapeutic after the sauna. There were plenty of sunbeds and the view is stunning. I was not impressed by the brunch and would have been quite disappointed had 2 scrambled eggs and a couple of slices of smoked salmon been £12 outside the package. That said, the experience was lovely and would happily do it again. The view from the outside jacuzzis really were spectacular.
