Very trustworthy, honest garage who will always do their best to accommodate you and deal with your problem as efficiently as possible.
Just go elsewhere and avoid being lied to and ripped off. I've used this garage for a couple of years but only really needed brake pads/MOT. I took my car in because I had a rattle on the left, most likely the shock absorber. They said the shocker was fine and said it was my wishbone. Then told me to have both sides done. Quote £28x2 and 1/1.5 hrs labour. Let's say £130 ish. I went to collect the car and was charged £240 for cash, oh yes they like cash and don't like giving you a receipt so demand one and pay by cards. They hadn't road tested as apparently the guy who did the work doesn't drive, and guess what the fault was still there. They then went on to say it was my gear box or drive shaft! And would need a few weeks to source parts from Hills 2nd hand as they couldnt get parts for a 2015 ford! Lol. Maybe they just havent paid their suppliers. Looking at the place it doesn't look like anyone really cares or has any organisational skills. Complete incompetents. Avoid.
P.S. it was my shock absorber, it's had a new one put on by a decent garage which was a lot cheaper than Naylors who charged me for replacing the bushes and not the full wishbone which is what should have been done, if it had if been the wishbone. Just go elsewhere and save yourself the misery and lies.
Very friendly and knowledgeable engineers. They took my car out for a run to further enable them to assess the problem I've had for well over a year. Sorted it in less than a day and showed me what the issue had been. Gear box smoother, steering more responsive, I'm extremely pleased with the result. And at a competitive price too. Will definitely be my garage of choice from now on.
I had a bad experience with them. I had my car towed to Naylors as they were the closest to where I broke down. They told me that they were busy but I never expected to wait 2 weeks for my car to be ready. Very bad communication, and I got the car back with the under engine covet undertray on the back seat . They charged a 5* price for a 1* service. I used them for MOT the previous years but after this never again.
The guys at Naylors are great. Really good prices and good, honest service. I go there for all my services, MOTs and random car issues. They even told me I could pop in whenever, to get my tyre pressure checked / topped up..... And I do ????

Motorhome passed it first MOT, good local service, my family hav bin come naylors since Normans grandad had the garage of longmenigate, would recommend this garage for all your needs
Great garage with reasonable prices. Sorted our old camper van out after it failed its mot at a different garage can not thank them enough will definitely be our go to garage from now on.
