Very very pleased with the work done to my car from the team at the Cardiff Repair Centre. Brandon who collected and returned my car was very friendly and knowledgeable which put me at ease, Lee who answers the phone is also friendly and efficient. Repairs on my vehicle are absolutely fantastic, really went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone

My car needed repairing after someone had hit it when it was left parked. The other persons insurance went through Nationwide and I had a phone call from them to arrange the swap of my car to be fixed and a courtesy car for me to use.
The damage to the car was worse than what was visible so it took just over a week and a half for my car to be fixed, but they rang me to give me updates and got it back to me as quickly as possible, especially considering the bank holiday!
I had a lovely 2019 Corsa to drive around whilst I was waiting!
The guy who dropped me car off was absolutely amazing, I couldn't ask for better service! He talked me through everything and explained the process and extra things about features on the courtesy car that I wouldn't have known otherwise.
My car came back absolutely pristine, they even washed the car as well as cleaning and hoovering the inside! The paint job on it looks fantastic too and you can really see that they put a lot of effort and care into the repairs
Overall I am extremely pleased with how everything was handled and if I ever have anything wrong with my car in the future I will definitely use them!
At first fantastic in a no fault accident then the wheels came off 3 1/2 weeks later dent repaired work signed off THEN car taken to Vauxhall for radio coding yep ECU unit has blown 25 days since crash 6 days only of hire car now the insurance wont pay out still no car
They done the work they was meant to do but give me car few more scratches an didnt put the seat belt back properly an and they can be bother to give me Courtesy car for over 13 days later so there not the best places to take your car to get fixed
I went there to get a price for fixing of a dent on the side of my car. I called them next day that noone has contacted me and i was told they will asap but never happened. Looks like they donot care about customers.
