Recently we had an accident with our Honda Jazz which we found quite distressing as it was the first accident for 40 years. We were referred to Seward who made the experience, might I say, a pleasurable one. The immediate contact was with kindness, courtesy and efficiency. They dealt with the insurance company, arranged for a driver with a courtesy car to be delivered. Everything was done superbly within a week and we cant thank them enough for their extremely efficient and well run service. Well done.

So after taking a 2015 BMW in 3 times (they couldn’t get the paint finish done right the first two times) they refused to rectify the problem and were made to take the car elsewhere.
Said we were ‘too picky’. Well when you pay in excess of £20k for a car you don’t expect a less than perfect job. They must love the people that don’t look over their cars with a fine tooth comb and don’t care about what it looks like. But the shade was a different colour and it had little holes all over!! Would avoid it like the plague!!!!
