I moved here from another chemist and I am so glad I did. Unlike my previous chemist this one is organised and treats you fairly regardless of race or gender. The team at Nash is polite and courteous and delivers a 1st class service. well done
Terrific . I went there today with dry & itchy eardrums. Pharmacy took one look & sent gp email. I got seen straight away.i have to go to ent. So thank you again nash pharmacy.staff behind counter are so quick & friendly.

Came in on Tuesday for my wifes medication and was really really disappointed. I gave her details to the person on the counter and it took a long time for her to find the medication in the pharmacy. They kept going to the back I guess trying to figure out where the medicine was or if it was even done properly because they couldn't find it on the shelf the first time .
The major issue I have is during the wait I saw that members of the pharmacy were assembling up patients medication to put away on the shelves which I find concerning. Anyone can see who the patient is from the prescription and also what medication they're taking (which I know to be a fact because I could see it clearly infront of me) which I am sure is a breach of confidentiality. It seems to me that they don't care about this or don't see it as an issue because I've seen it happen a few times now whenever I come in to pick the Mrs or children's medicine up. I am genuinely concerned for mine and other patients safety after seeing this on display a numerous amount of time and may consider moving my family to another pharmacy.
Almost every single week my prescription delivers late or missing all week.
Two months ago I was going away and called the pharmacy that my medication didn’t arrive they told me it’s will be with me shortly unfortunately I had to go away for two weeks without my med cos the driver came much later than he promised when I was gone.
Yesterday was the day of my delivery after all day waiting’s I called today as I have no medication and tomorrow morning I am going away for a week ,they told me they done the delivery for today and they didn’t even apologise for missing my delivery yesterday and today ! Now how I am gonna solve it … always I have to do deal with problems from them neglecting attitude
It’s time for me to find out how to change pharmacy
I would like to emphasize my experience with Nash Chemist for the past several months. Since the pandemic and due to personal circumstance my visit to the chemist to receive prescription items has been and is unfortunately frequent.
I normally would never write a google review but because I keep experiencing the same issue pretty much every time when collecting new prescriptions I have no alternative but to summarize my frustration via this platform.
Whilst I do believe it is unfair to point out individual names I can safely say from my encounters that their incompetence maybe due to lack of staff training.
In simple terms my experience has been that they seem to misplace the prescriptions or claim they haven’t received it from the GP surgery. I’m absolutely exhausted continually trying to liaise between the chemist and GP surgery to locate the missing prescriptions; each time it has been apparent that the prescriptions have all along been in the chemist premises!
I very rarely like to publicly offer my review/feedback but today was another shamble of an experience hence this feedback.
If there was the option of 0 star rating then this would have been applied, regrettably the minimum I’m resorted to by default is, 1 star!!
SORT IT OUT PLEASE.

Just to be fair to the pharmacy, I had to re-visit the above review. The review had slipped my mind, but credit is given where its due. I can't guarantee whether the significant improvement over the previous year was due to staff training, but it is undeniably now more recommendable, so I have changed my star rating from 1 to 4!
I have recently been picking up my prescriptions from this pharmacy and service has been quick and efficient. Pharmacist is also very helpful :)
