I go to this cafe on a regular basis as I find the staff amazing with children and I just love the healthy food options. My three year old can be a little bit loud but the staff entertain her and talk to her so keep her occupied ( such a help when she won't listen to me). The children's options are great too, milkshakes, waffles, pancakes and ice cream which my daughter loves. There are plenty of children that I always see in the cafe which gives the whole place a family feel. I cannot recommend enough.
Stay away from this place if you have children. Gumpy Staff.
Non friendly to children.
Went there for breakfast with two mothers on Mother's Day.
The elderly woman with glasses absolutely ruined it for the Mothers, one of whom had a 3 months old baby.
Two three year olds were reasonably quiet for their age and playing with their toys in the farthest end of this cafe. After 30 minutes, this silly grumpy woman was showing her impatience on her face. Out of nowhere, she came to our table and took away the salt and pepper towers, signalling us to leave. Then she told one toddler, "Hey, what are you doing, can you be quiet, otherwise, The police are coming".
No other customer was complaining, nobody was even bothered, many had children and was extremely friendly to us. Except this one grumpy old woman, probably been miserable all her life, probably had a tough childhood herself being controlled by her parents, she had no idea how to talk to children, especially when their parents are around, to go and threaten them, is out of order.
If you don't want children under 5, say it, don't talk to us like that. It was Mothers Day, so I kept quiet, not to be rude to her. Try doing this again, I will teach you some manners for your age.
Hey woman, if you are reading this, if you are the boss, I really feel sorry for your behaviour. If you can, please don't show up again at the cafe and stay at home, your staff will bring your money to you. Don't ruin the high street vibe with your sad life. I really hope you don't end up in a Care Home where you get shouted at by the staff for being noisy and leaky.
PS: That one young English girl who was serving with a smile, thank you for you are the only smiling person in the whole team. Your perseverance working there is commendable.

Wow first time we visited today and it’s was amazing. The staff /owners were just lovely and so friendly, chatting away and the food absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
From two ladies who lunch we loved this cafe! The staff are lovely and our sandwiches arrived quicker than expected. We had a prawn and a chicken salad sandwiches and we both agreed they were the best we’d had - however they were garnished they were gorgeous! We then had the blueberry cake which was light and scrumptious! We can definitely recommend this lovely place. Thank you
I popped in for a takeout coffee and croissant and the ladies that served were so lovely and they even heated up my croissant on the grill. Great coffee as well!

Lovely cafe, very clean, friendly staff, had a latte and sandwich, really nice, would recommend. Car parking is a bit of an issue as its 1 hour maximum on the road outside and spaces were very busy while we were there, just have to get lucky.
Friendly welcome, excellent freshly prepared food, lovely cakes, coffee, wines etc. I will be returning- thank you!
