I went to mydentist to have some work done, I'd not been for a while due to covid and my anxiety was really high from the word go from ringing up about an appointment to having the treatment I couldn't have been treated better. My anxiety were eased the dentist is lovely professional and encouraging the dental nurses are professional and friendly. The reception staff are also professional, friendly and understanding. I rate this practice 5 stars and I have and will continue to recommend.

FAISAL WASIM is literally the best dentist iv ever had! Iv got a huge fear of dental needles and he made me feel such at ease that I didn't feel a thing! His assistant is also lovely and held my hand, I was so self conscious about my front tooth and now Faisal has given me back my smile and my confidence, would highly recommend this dentist, everyone here is lovely.
I'm the only person I know that enjoys a trip to the dentist. I've had to see Faisal quite regularly this year after an emergency dentist did a poor job of 2 route canals at a different practise. He always reccomends various methods of treatment rather than just telling you what he's going to do. I think I've seen him a total of 5 times this year and never come away dissatisfied with the results. Also the dental nurses are very professional and polite. Highly reccomend this practise!

At the beginning of the year I decided to get an Invisalign as I've never been happy with how my teeth weren't straight.
I had this for 3 months and now couldn't be happier. My dentist, Faisal couldn't do enough to help me with it and any problems I had he resolved them for me straight away. Always helpful and puts your mind at rest. Couldn't do enough for me and I'm very happy with the end result.
Highly recommend as I have done to a few of my friends who have now commented on how good my teeth look and want the same treatment!
Brilliant dentist, I would recommend anyone to go here. Exceptional patient care who go above and beyond especially Dr Faisal Wasim. He has been my dentist for 2 years now, he is very calm, reassuring and has restored my faith and confidence in dentists!
The receptionist Charlotte, Manager Alison, Nurse Amy, Dentist Weaam are all fantastic. My son is 25yrs but has learning difficulties. He needed moulds doing ready to start the process of implants. After a really bad experience with another dentist who showed no understanding of his needs my son was left traumatised so I didn't think he'd ever get the work he needed done. After explaining this to Charlotte she assured me the team would do their best to reassure my boy and meet his needs. Well I can say they kept their word and all did such an amazing job!.. BIG THANKS to them all..I would highly recommend them to anyone for any treatment...
Me and my to children have been going to this dentist for years now. Faisal is our dentist and is very professional. He is very good with the children and we are always happy when we go. Would definitely recommend.
