Very pleasant, bright restaurant! I loved the art on the walls and the friendly local atmosphere. It was Sunday afternoon and quite a few people ordered the roast but apparently it was so popular they'd run out before I got there! Personally, I ordered the mushroom burger. Very flavorful and everything nicely cooked. I found the side salad refreshing, that's a great addition. Would definitely return if in Dorking again!
Despite arriving 40 minutes before closing, the staff warmly accommodated us. The friendly and welcoming service added to the charm of the place. The food was delightful, and I was particularly impressed by the fair pricing. A truly pleasant dining spot with a welcoming ambiance, delicious food, and reasonable prices.
Good quality ingredients and very fast, friendly service. Lighter breakfast was perfect and the coffee was good quality, hot and tasty. (The sausage and bacon were so tasty!) Although there were many customers it was still quiet and peaceful. I felt very welcome and was treated so well. Next time I will go "Full English" and I may also pop in for a lunch on other opportunities. Very worthwhile addition to Dorking High Street.
Stunning roast chicken dinner the chicken melted in your mouth the veg was fresh gravy was delicious potato perfect honestly this is the best roast dinner I've ever had from any cafe also £9.95 a bargain
They also do nice omelettes :)
What you see is what you get with this place, foods okay for the price point. If you need to fill a space quickly and with no frills this is the place.
Just had our annual work meal here and Hazel and the team were fantastic. Food was delicious.
Special mention to the Chef who was brilliant and he had such good attention to detail.
Definitely recommend as a local Dorking highlight :-)
A service that provides us with a wonderful twist of flavours. My girlfriend and I enjoyed a starter of the brushetta witch was larger than we expected but still wonderful in flavour
For main we opted for the the four cheese pasta and a toasted panini and chips the panini was tuna cheddar and red onion and was crisp on the toasting of the panini the tuna was. Not overly saturated with mayo and plenty of red onion and cheese in the panini was not soggy and the chips were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and very tasty
The four cheese pasta was delicious a healthy balanced of the cheese for love's of cheese like my self was a fun and filling meal
In fact that the starter was bigger than we expected we discussed to take the rest to go
This place is well price for the amazing food it served

Delightful new addition to Dorking. Enjoyed a bacon sandwich and a latte, comfortable and relaxing interior and friendly welcoming staff, located right in the middle of Dorking High Street. Recommend.
