Nice place to get a simple smoothie. I had a make your own one with apple juice, mango and raspberry. Took about 5 mins so fairly quick. There’s some seating outside the shop but the whole thing is inside a shopping mall.
Nice range of milkshake’s available. I had the butterscotch in small size. I felt it tasted like plain vanilla ice cream with a small hint of butterscotch. I think the flavour of butterscotch needed to be a bit stronger. In terms of texture it was perfect too.
Really nice milkshake at reasonable price.. I have paid more for less good milkshakes. Really good range of flavours, nice staff and they decorate for the seasons which is adorable. Only slight thing is that there could be more seating but due to the size of the shop I understand how this may not be possible and the seating they do have is really comfortable ????

Staff are polite but not overly good customer service - often seem more interested in their own conversation than service. And milkshakes take longer than expected to make, even considering they are all made fresh.
Plastic straws and are too narrow for the Mega Moos so often get clogged.
Loyalty stamps are one per order not drink, do penalise larger orders ( I always order at least 2, sometimes 4 milkshakes at a time). So, I will be ordering many more drinks before I can redeem than someone who always orders one. I think I'll have to start placing multiple orders every time I go - mire hassle for everyone and will cost them.more with card transaction fees.
Overall, if you're not in a rush and want a nice milkshake give them a go - I'm sure uou9enjoy it.

Milkshake lovers nirvana, a huge assortment of customisation of your dairy delight. An absolute delicious treat for the senses as these liquid wizards whip up these incredible concoctions - in case you can tell I'm a fan! Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
Milkshakes are great, but they definitely need to speed up, multiple times I’ve been in and either the only one there or one other person yet at times I’ve been stood there waiting for far too long for one drink. Seems like there is zero urgency from a majority of the staff, at times they’ve been more concerned finishing their conversation first then realise someone is waiting…as I say, great milkshakes but they definitely need to find some urgency
What a spooktacular experience at My Moo this Halloween! Such a friendly service ALWAYS and mouthwatering milkshakes to die for. Definitely a MUST if you are in Cirencester or a rewarding treat for locals ???? moooo yummy ❤❤❤
