This pharmacy is absolutely useless. Prescription sent to this business a week ago and still not actioned when my husband goes to collect and has to sit and wait while they deal with it. Why order online when they don't do their job. They need to look at their service which is almost none existant. The staff need training in good customer service because they have no idea how to do the job.
Once was a really reliable pharmacy with great staff. The lady who works on the counter (been there years is still brilliant). However, both the male and female pharmacists are extremely rude and unhelpful. Prescriptions are never ready&they address it with you in a derogatory manner.Also, on average you come back 2x for medication and waiting times inside are now always a minimum of 40 minutes. Pharmacists & staff spend most time chatting in the back. Seen with many people not just myself. I need cancer medication & controlled drugs that require a hospital visit if not filled but pharmacists are rude and unhelpful. Again it’s the counter staff who make the pharmacy tick over but it’s just about. Believe all the other reviews . And if you genuinely want to complain they goad you and the response to myself & a fellow customer was, ‘whatever- do what you want!’ Head office really need to sort the place out. Will follow through but if the staff are like this I’m assuming head office don’t care either !
Incredible, The staff seem to do more gossiping than working.The girl on the till can be replaced by a recording. “Your prescription has been sent over, but it has not been made up, the wait is about half an hour”. All you hear at the back is giggling staff. Grow up and do your job, then maybe the queue won’t be out the door…..
They don’t even deserve 1 star. Absolutely shocking pharmacy, never have medication and are rude. I have not got enough energy to complain about every visit being a nightmare. Not just me, my husband, my parents and my children. Not to mention all the people I know who complain about it. About time it was sorted
I don't understand why a prescription takes 5 days to put up or why I'm told that it's ready to be picked up - when it's not and I'm then waiting an hour for it. Also, why am I not given the option to take my prescription elsewhere when they don't have my meds in stock? I needed my medication today and was given an I owe you - it will be available Monday.
This place is the worst for a prescription. They either need more staff just to put up prescription or they need to cut down on the amount they're accepting directly from doctors.
Awful pharmacy, prescription ordered 10 days earlier 2 items , went to collect she said nothing there, went away not convinced went back in , she found 1 item said 2nd was not there which is the one I need really quite annoyed at her mistake went away, checked my prescription which had been approved and sent, meaning 2nd item was there by this time they were closed,they really shouldn’t be making these kind of mistakes, had to ask my sister for medication until I could sort on Monday, assistant was so unhelpful, the queue was out of the door and she had no intention of speeding up and had no people skills really miserable and rude. What is most concerning what if she had done this to someone who needed the medication urgently a disgrace.
Very poor customer service kept my step dad waiting for 30min to be told they have to order it in 2 days goes by kept him waiting a hour to be told they still need to order it!!!! I’m so unhappy with the service given with this pharmacy!
Always polite and helpful, they suggest over the counter medicine if it is more cost effective than a prescription, and also advised taking out an annual prescription when that became more cost effective.
Only had an issue once when medicine was not available, but that was due to a manufacturing issue and all pharmacies had run out.
