This is my family pharmacy. All medications goes to this pharmacy without any hesitation. Reason for that is the staff of this pharmacy are professional and friendly, they listen to customers, offer help if they don't have anything in stock. Get medication on time as promise. I don't know about all staff but one of them who I know while collecting medication is "Irshad"...a very good, polite and gentleman understand the necessity of medicine and provide the complete instructions for the patients in a cool and understandable manner...I recommend this pharmacy for your medications.
I gave photo to print on white mug, studio guy told me it will be ready within in two days, I went to collect after one week, studio guy didn't recognize my order even I explain him about my order. He said your order is not ready yet, he is not even apologize. Rude customer service.

Horrible value. Bad customer service. I said I didn’t like the picture and asked to redo it and the guy said “there’s nothing you can do to change your face.” Red flag (1). I brushed off the hidden insult. When I had my pictures printed, it was edited beyond the ability to actually recognise me. The man used a face smoothing device to completely remove my spots, whilst giving me saggy cheeks. After having my self esteem broken down, I paid £3 extra to have it emailed to me (I thought email was free but I guess not for them). Horrifying service. Will only recommend to my worst enemies.
Avoid this pharmacy at every cost. My surgery sent my medication straight to this pharmacy. I delayed picking up the medication - and they took advantage of this - they claimed the money for the prescription but did not provide me with the medication when I finally went to pick it up. They lied and said the prescription had been returned because I didn't pick it up - I then got in touch with another local pharmacy asking for emergency supplies: 1) I was told that my local pharmacy (Munro green street) should have given me emergency supply even without a prescription due to the nature of the medication (Levest/Microgynon pill) 2) I was told that Munro in fact claimed the money on my prescription (I was provided with a 6 digit code that confirmed they had claimed my prescription). Irshad at this surgery changed his story completely when I called to tell him that I've got a 6 digit code which says that my prescription was claimed by them - he then alleged that I had already picked up the prescription (although initially he said that the prescription had been returned as it wasn't picked up). AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT EVERY COST - THEY ARE THIEVES
