The quality of the photos was of good standard, but service itself lacked communication before and after completing photo prints. Was shocked and disappointed to know total lump sum after it was done as i wasn't advised the costs of per image beforehand, i should have asked too but i thought i was gona be given an estimation before the job was completed anyway. I Learnt my lesson, and I will be more vigilant next time. Just like every other important aspect of life...communication is crucial.
I went to the Green Street branch today, their customer services was disgustingly poor!! I just left the shop!! I went to East Ham. SAM PATEL served me. His level of customer service was outstanding!! He was extremely helpful and kind. I felt like a valued customer. Go and see Sam, he is the Best staff member. The pictures came out beautifully.Rich, and Vibrantly coloured on quality photo paper.

I can not thank you enough for my beautiful photobook, made by EM!!! Not only made him an amazing job but also was extremely patient with me. It took a lot of time to design my book because of the high expectations I did put on the final result. He wanted to make sure that I’m absolutely satisfied! Thank you for that!

I and my family attended Saidigitaluk for me and my wife graduation photography and it's was fantastic. We received a most excellent experience. We were served by Sam Patel. who took beautiful photographs, was kind and patient throughout with my family and helped us to select our package and photos. You did amazing..thank you.

I went for just passport photos for my mum and saw some of their quality portraits. I enquired about it and straight away the staff were really helpful. Very patient with my two sons who didn't want to pay any attention. I was given a promotion of 3 quality family portraits which would have cost me a fortune. All the guys at this photo place are fantastic with their customer service. I'll definitely go back there again and highly recommend them.

They have been doing my daughters studio pictures since 2009 and they have never let me down. I have never looked back . Philip (an employee) recently done my daughters studio pictures and it came out absolutely wonderful , I would definitely recommend him and also his colleague Sam patel who is a great salesman and who has also taken my photos. I will continue to come back each time for their great quality studio pictures.
I have been to the East Ham branch and all I can say fantastic service from start to finish. One to one service, from Em with constant updates via phone calls and emails. Advice and design were exceptional. I cant praise the service enough and the price was very reasonable.
Definitely would recommend them and will be using services again.
