The food was good. I would go back to try something else off the menu. There is a lot to choose from. Service was good. Toilets was clean.
We stopped off here during a cycle for some lunch and we weren't disappointed. The ploughman's was delicious. It took a little while to arrive but was worth the wait. There's a garden around the back so it's easy to leave your bikes around the back too. Definitely recommended for lunch!
Had Mothers day brunch here yesterday very nice cafe , the Starter was very nice mushroom stuff with blue cheese with salad so good, the main was really good the Salmon with the white wine sauce and potatoes..well I must say, the dessert was perfect. I would recommend any time.
Eaten here a few times, food is always good, freshly cooked, service friendly and efficient. Atmosphere depends on who else is eating.

Went on Saturday.,17th of February 2024..,with a friend,was seated approximately fifteen minutes with zero acknowledgement from staff.,busy to be fair.
Another couple came in.,and before their bottoms had hit the seats..,the waitress came and asked what they'd like to order.
We left.
Been there lots of times,spent lots of money., great service,great food,but please observe who's who and what's what.,and what order its in.
Shan't use you again, dismal service.,went a few doors up and were served immediately.

chocolates to die for. selection of hand made rolls and sarnies. utterly delicious range of pies and pasties too. the cakes blow your mind. and in the summer ice creams and fizzy drinks. oh and I can always get some liquerish weighed out for grandad.
My first time visiting the shop today and well, it’s wonderful! Really lovely staff, packed full of amazing chocolates, doughnuts, you name it, they have it. We’ve just raced home to try the doughnuts and they are simply the best.
Good food well presented at a very affordable price. Good Value for money. Service cheerful and friendly if a little bit slow, but teething from new venture
Bakery and chocolate rice next door nice and equally excellent quality, very tempting to partake of cakes and pastries as well as chocolate. Will definitely revisit.
