Dr Jeremy Kaufman is excellent. He was so kind, gentle, sensitive and caring treating my 7 year old son who was fitted in at very short notice in pain for an emergency appointment yesterday. I also felt Dr Kaufman was honest, decent and trustworthy, a true professional. Sonia on reception is also fantastic, very efficient, calm, patient and understanding and provides a great first impression of the practice. I highly recommend Mr Dentist. Thank you very much for all your help and kindness.
I recently visited Mr Dentist with my 6-year-old daughter for two extractions and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who were extremely professional and attentive to our needs. The waiting area is modern and comfortable, which immediately put my daughter at ease.
The dentist who performed the extractions was fantastic with my daughter, explaining everything in a clear and gentle manner that she could understand. The procedure was quick and painless, and my daughter left feeling happy and comfortable.
After the extractions, the dentist gave us detailed instructions on how to care for my daughter's mouth post-extraction.
Overall, I highly recommend Mr Dentist for anyone in need of dental services. The staff are professional, courteous and friendly, and the quality of care is second to none. Thank you for making our visit a pleasant one!
Avoid Dr Nazli she is super unprofessional. She doesn't like small children so don't even bother because not only she will not treat the child but give you wrong information & won't refer for right treatment.
My daughter had 1 dekaying tooth and end up with 5, even that we brushed twice a day and no juices or sweets !
Notice that other comments are either make up or both parents comment about 1 child !
We took our son here after a distressing experience for him with regard to a tooth extraction at another dentist. The female dentist he saw was absolutely fantastic - professional, kind and patient. She put my son completely at ease such that the fear he developed from attending the previous place has completely dissipated. I cant speak highly enough of her!
Great dentist, can’t fault all the lovely staff. So happy with how they looked after our 5year old son. Eloise really took great care of him.

Highly recommend Dr Nazli, she is amazing and very kind with children, my 6yo had 3 extractions and left still being willing to visit the dentist again, that says it all!
My 2-year old daughter was referred here for a tooth extraction following a fall last week. Upon entering the friendly, toy-filled waiting room we had high hopes of the care she would receive. Unfortunately, the experience was truly a nightmare. The dentist responsible for the extraction (not Mr Kaufman) had no idea how to deal with a young child; she told her she was putting on a video for her and then let the credits roll for a few seconds before showing her a gas mask and plonking it on. The tubes kept falling out and the mask was having no effect, my daughter was hysterically upset and the dentist proceeded to inject her gum anyway causing her great pain. Eventually, after a full ten minutes of this medieval ham-fisted mess, I was so distressed that I went next door and dragged Mr Kaufman into the room to try to rescue the situation and he proceeded to extract the tooth. I wasn't so naive as to expect the situation to be pleasant but I was hopeful that a children's dental practice would have some tricks up its sleeve when dealing with young children and at the very least would be able to professionally carry out the task in hand without increasing the trauma to all concerned. I very much doubt we will be able to get her to see her a dentist without a fight ever again.
Mr Dentist is quite simply amazing. His techniques and manner put my nervous son at ease. The surgery is fantastic with plenty of toys and books. I am so thankful to have found Mr Dentist, he makes going to the dentist a pleasure!
