The team are absolutely fantastic, we use them now for about four years. The cars come back as you would expect in great working order, there’s an explanation of what’s been done and there’s also a discussion around things to watch out for that might be coming up in the future, which is always great to know, we will be customers for a long long time. Have used for years across a few different cars. I’ve taken one particular car there a couple of times having been told by other garages that £xxxx work needs doing for issues (turbocharger “blow up” for example) and they always put it on the ramp, show me exactly what the state of the car is and explain that half of what they are quoting for us unnecessary. Have never charged for ramp time and showing me things on cars, always happy to help. Brilliant service
I called Motorworx because of a warning light fault on my mercedes. They asked me to pop in the following morning for a diagnostic check. All faults cleared and have not reappeared as yet. A great, friendly garage with a real customer focus. Would highly recommend them.
These guys are fantastic. I've used them a couple of times to sort out my BMW and have not been disappointed. Professional, polite and honest. Ok, so I don't get to sit in a glitzy showroom sipping espresso while my car is fixed as you do with a main dealer, but I also don't get an eye-watering bill at the end. Highly recommended
Second visit - emergency replacement of dipped headlight bulbs which Dan and the team did on the same day prior to a long journey I had to make. Never seems too much trouble. Lights get aligned aswell which is a bonus over Halfords.

Unscheduled visit when main belt broke on Audi A6. They fitted new belt and new tensioner within the day. Very pleased with the service and the price. Danny gave practical advice on future servicing and maintenance. Definitely will use them again.
Really great garage. I know nothing about cars, so am always worried I'll get mugged off in some way, but the guys here are so honest and helpful. I needed some new rear brake pads so one of the guys rang me to check he could go ahead with it, and asked if I wanted the cheap option or the more expensive one. I wasn't sure and he said, to be honest, as it's just the rear pads, you can definitely get away with the cheaper ones. I really appreciated that honesty when it could have been so easy for him to tell me to go with the more expensive option. Would highly recommend.
First time I have used these guys and they were really helpful, honest about what they had done and price wise where great compared to others and a 1/4 of the price of the dealer I called. Great customer service and attitude, will be using them for all the work I need done on my Audi moving forward.
