Above and beyond is really all you need to know. If in your hour of need you are lucky enough to have Deborah and Jim dealing with your vehicle recovery, then you will be in good hands. Courteous and extraordinarily helpful, they make things happen and lessen your anxiety of the situation you found yourself in. I'm sure this must flow through the whole business.
alternator went on my car had to leave it in a layby overnight called motorwise first thing the following morning they came out collected the car took it to garage and fitted new alternator and I got the car back that afternoon, can't ask for better service than that many thanks to motorwise.

This company were retained by my insurance company to collect my vehicle from N. Ireland following a break down. The vehicle had to be returned to mainland U.K and they were brilliant. I showed up here without calling or anything, having had my exhaust split and drag on the ground during my trip. The guys here were so friendly and helpful. They had my exhaust welded and back on the road within an hour and a half from arriving and at a very reasonable price too. Thank you so much
Receptionists aren't helpful, don't pass on messages. The worst customer service of any garage I've ever used. Did work I didn't ask for, which put me over budget and when I didn't have the full amount to pay held my car for ransom until I did. Speaking with other garages they have done this before to other people and are well known for it. I wont be going back there, awful experience.
Blower Fan Failed
Blower fan failed and the Motorwise technician was very happy to check the fuses for free. It was then necessary to take the car in for a day to identify the problem. I was delighted that the staff picked the car up from home and returned it that evening. I was given an estimate and a date for the work, and again the car was collected from home and returned. All went well and the price was significantly lower than expected, despite the technician spending a day taking out the whole dashboard. I am delighted with my dealings with Motorwise and will certainly use them again.
