This is the garage that I've settled on over the past 20 years in Ross. Adam is wonderful to deal with, and I've never had to go back with a niggle on the work that's been done. The workshop is always clean, a really professional and quality place. Five stars all round
Ive had over 8 years of Fantastic experiences with this garage ! As a female car owner it means so much to know that here at Motorsport Ross I can put one thousand percent trust in their hands fully safe in the knowledge that while keeping my car in excellent order only work that requires doing is done and things are explained clearly and respectfully to me at every stage.
The attention to detail, personal service genuine care and combined knowledge of Adam and Barry have spoilt me for any other garage none will come close to the outstanding service they provide.
We were in need of help, two tourists here with a break fluid issue, kinda worried.
They squeezed us in the next morning to get it checked out. Found nothing to worry about, explained us everything, and we were back on track.
They seem really passionate, you feel that when he talks, I would definitely use that garage if I lived here.
Adam serviced my Golf R - needing an oil change and a few other bits replaced. It was really easy dealing with him over email and initially he was able to squeeze me in for a service very quickly. That being said, he’s quick to pick up the phone and call when there’s something he needs to discuss immediately.
The price of the service was about what I was expecting - especially with inflation and the increased costs of parts. But for the money. He’s done a fa remote diligent job than a main dealership… even finding a couple of things that the main dealership should have done in their service and likely haven’t.
Talking to him after the service, it’s obvious that he’s passionate and takes pride in his work - exactly the sort of person you want working on your car! He’s found some stuff that he recommends fixing and his quote has what I’d expect having researched the issue.
Safe to say I’ll be a repeat customer ????????
In view of a recent inspection and review of works needed to be carried out on my beloved 20 year old Honda Coupe, I am more than impressed.
The service and understanding of my requirements was 1st class.
After 20 years of dealing with the main dealer, I have now decided that Motorsport will be my preferred garage for routine servicing, MOT, and any future mechanical needs. Excellent value for money, and local.
Fair play, I have been using Motosport for about 18 months for all our cars now. Adam is a petrol head himself and is always happy to go over and above. I would highly recommend motorsport in Ross!
