A huge Thankyou to Jacob who saved the day yesterday. After a sudden breakdown and no garage being able to fit me in for weeks and weeks a friend recommended Motor Wurks. I am not local to them hence me not using them previously, however they got me in the same day, and in less than 24 hours after receiving the vehicle from the AA she was fixed and back on the road again.
The attention to detail is top quality, they are honest and reliable and customer service is spot on!
Jacob stayed late yesterday to get my vehicle fixed with out me even asking as he could see it was used for my lively hood and didn’t want me to be anymore out of pocket than I already was the day I broke down.
They have saved the day for me and I will continue to use them and build a relationship regardless of my location.

Called to get a small fix I required on my Subaru, was done free of charge as it was quick fix. Friendly and transparent service, I would highly recommend using this garage if you want trustworthy and professional mechanics.

Jake is just great! booked me in on a weekend last minute and explained in full depth what the issue was and could be with my car and helped me understand better than any other garage i had been too, he fixed everything very quickly and did me a full service aswell! I was in a real mess this morning as my alternator belt snapped, I thought I’d be without a car for at least the weekend and Monday. I work for myself so need the car, I was panicking. My dad recommended these guys and rang them for me. The gent said bring the car straight down and he will look. I thought that was good service but then he went on to fit the belt for me. Absolutely incredible service! I had the car back in less than an hour. I can’t thank these guys enough and I will definitely be recommending this garage to everyone. Real honest hardworking mechanics that go out of their way to help. Thank you very much.

They are extremely good and transparent with everything they recommend an do. I've had a few issues with my old skoda, and they've always explained what kind of work was needed, and clarified the costs. Prices always seem fair. Very professional and customer friendly service. Definitely recommend
My daughter's car needed a new timing chain. Jacob & Ian were fantastic - thorough and diligent, transparent throughout and extremely helpful, spent far more time working on the car than was expected as came across another issue, but wanted to make sure everything was in working order before handing the keys back.
