Toke my car for 2 tyres on front. The guy said he couldn't get wheel off, apparently he was ill and to weak. When I toke it somewhere else it became apparent he had broken my locking wheel nut key. Had to brake these to replace tyre's. When I complained the guy was so rude. Definitely won't recommend to anyone
This is the second time I have taken my car to Motor Works. The first time was when I saw my tyre was flat at a petrol station, and a complete stranger recommended I go see Raymond, the owner/mechanic at Motor Works, as he said he discovered Raymond by word of mouth and found the service he provides to be excellent; he then he gave me Raymond's phone number and he fitted me in straight away and went above and beyond, not only fixing my tyre, but also kindly replacing one tyre that did not have a matching alloy with a tyre that did have matching alloy, that was in my boot, when he noticed it was in my boot. He checked it all over and then fitted it for free so my wheels looked better :-) - so nice, as he didn't have to do that! When my MOT needed doing recently, I called Raymond again and he put me through to his MOT team. The service from them was also amazing. They managed to fit me in on the same day and carried out my MOT efficiently and properly. Motor Works is a great place to take your car. In my experience all the mechanics there are really nice, good/decent, professional and honest people. Highly recommend.
Great please you couldn’t want any better, honest, professional, these guys know what they are doing and always wanting to help brilliant Ive always had my mot there great prices and very fair I don’t go anywhere else why there the best around.

Took my car to change the front break pads and disk.
The boss charged £50 and went away after the repairs the mechanic told me it is £20. Then the boss quickly came and told him to change the price to £50.
