Professional and friendly service. Came to me to diagnose and then returned with parts and fixed the issue. Cannot recommend highly enough. Helped me out of a jam when I was away in my classic motor home. Just great.

This guy rocks up, takes your money and you never see him, the money or the repair !!
Be warned, he scams people.
I have given this company only two stars it should of only been one but because they did come out on the Saturday at short notice.
They diagnosed the fault and said they would organise the part took the £35 and never heard of them again.
I left quite a few messages, asked for call backs but never heard a thing.
Went round to the address on the website, it was a desk above the 55555 cab office in Oulton Broad of which the cab office has only seen a couple of times in the year.
I had to call out another mechanic of which he said it would cost another £160 plus part because they had rounded off the underside bolt so now it has got to be drill out and re-threaded.
Would have preferred to give an 0 star rating but can’t…Agrees to do a job, takes the money and then boom…disappears without completing the job or being in contact. He then says he isn’t a scammer and will refund the money….2 weeks later still no refund…..beware, not the first person this has happened too apparently!!!
I can’t thank Ricky enough! It’s a bank holiday but he still responded to my enquiry. I’m not from the area and due to the time of year, not knowing where to go that would be open he has turned things around fast! I told him what issues I was having with my car, he got costs and rang me back in 10 mins. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the issues. I can now get home safely! Friendly and very reasonably priced I would 100% recommend!
After paying Ricky £30 for a diagnosis on my late Father’s van sat with an issue on my driveway, I had to chase him for further information and then after not hearing anything again after repeated calls and emails, I realised I was being ghosted. I would’ve appreciated knowing he was likely too busy to help me. Now I’ve wasted nearly three weeks of my time and £30.
I did warn him I was going to post a review in case he wanted to rectify the situation, but didn’t hear anything, so I need to find someone else now unfortunately unless there’s been a misunderstanding or he’s on holiday or something.
He seemed like a nice guy, so it’s a bit of a shame.
Massive 5/5!!! After being let down numerous times by another mechanic i rang these guys and Ricky came out within a day or so evaluated the problem, gave me a quote as i said id rather use them than wait on the off chance the original mechanic might decide to show up. And despite having to decipher and finish someone elses work Ricky absolutely smashed it. Massively recommend them, obviously i hope i dont need to use them but if i do ever end up with vehicular issues again these guys will be my first port of call! Thanks again Ricky!
Had Motomed come to home to fix problem with hubbys car. He turned up on time. Had every bit of equipment, to solve problem. Would highly recommend this guy. Will certainly contact him if we need him again. Ricky was polite, knowledgeable.
