I regularly pop into MOST, so my wife bought be a sourdough book for Christmas along with a MOST breadmaking course. Attended yesterday afternoon. Fantastic, relaxed session. Came home full of coffee, wine, food and brought a loaf, and my very one dough ready to cook today. Pot of MOST "starter" in fridge for my own attempt later this week. Highly recommend if you want a fun day and to learn a new skill.
This is my favourite go to place when I travel into Altrincham. The pastries are so delicious. The staff are so passionate about what they do it enhances the experience. Who would have known that a potato dauphinoise croissant was a thing - it’s definitely in my top 5 now.
Attended a sourdough bread making course as a birthday present .
It was very informative . Delicious food & drink served during the course of the afternoon . Would definitely recommend. Very pleased with my first loaf baked at home too.
I did the sourdough baking class today and it was brilliant. Lovely place with a welcoming team. Matt made everything so simple and easy to understand. After becoming overwhelmed by online how to’s I found his teaching and methods stress free. We were served a delicious lunch and even a glass of vino. I’d recommend this to anyone interested in learning how to bake bread.
The bread is delicious, I love the chilli cheese sourdough the most, secondly I would love the Basque burnt cheesecake. ????

Fabulous afternoon on the sourdough course. Matt is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. came away with lots of bread and starter and now know how to use them!
My son thinks their croissant are the best he has ever tasted, waking us up one morning to give us a sample to prove it!!
One of the best bakeries in Manchester, MOST has become a regular spot for me. You’ll often find it busy, but if they aren’t sold out the almond croissant is spectacular, the oreo/biscoff swirls are incredible too.
It’s impossible to go back to any other bakery with comparing with MOST.
To top it all off, you have great friendly staff, polite, courteous and I’m always greeted with a smile and a hello.

The best bakery in Altrincham, run by the friendliest team. We’ve not tried anything yet that hasn’t been delicious (pastries, bread, bagels, coffee), especially this amazing birthday cake which they turned around in just a few days. The supper club is also very special if you can get a spot.
