Based on the service I received, I cannot recommend more. They called me to remind me of my upcoming mot in plenty of time to have any work carried out....which I’d forgotten about.
I expected due to the noises it was making this would be a costly affair! Though was most pleasantly surprised to take a call within the hour giving me a detailed breakdown of minor faults, one of which I know was a tricky and fiddly fix, which I’m pleased to say did not reflect on their bill at all. The noises I had been hearing, they’ve repaired (tightened I presume?) free of charge within the mot. This could so easily have been portrayed to me as a ‘tough job’ and charged accordingly so credit where credit is due. If asked to describe this company I’d say honest, fair pricing, and just gets the job done. A garage ran with integrity is a rare find in my opinion. Can not recommend more highly. Thank you very much guys.
I have always found Scott a very helpful engineer over many years. He will always make time to discuss your car and he will provide advice, towards issues that maintains your car. Well worth using this garage

Updated 7/11/18: I needed to book the car in for two wishbones changed i already had the new wishbones in the boot, but one of the nuts on the wishbone on the car was slack and dangerous, so when i was there booking it in they said they could do the work right now , to which i was overjoyed, the work was completed in 1hr while i waited, i was given a great price on the repair, the cars running great now, no knocks or noises, im totally impressed with the way in which i was treated, this has to be the best garage in ayrshire and their customer service reception is second to none. Mossgiel is a diamond in the rough, thankyou so very much. Now my regular repair Garage.
